When a company downsizes, relocates, or gives back a floor, we clear the desks, task chairs, cubicle panels, conference tables, filing cabinets, and breakroom furniture — providing the building COI, booking the freight elevator and loading dock, and working after-hours when the building requires it. Volume floors price as truck-fill; usable office furniture is routed to donation or resale, and e-waste to certified recycling. One flat photo-quoted price.
