That ground-floor tuck-under garage is a gift: a lot of pickups here are a quick street-level load with no stairs to fight. The real obstacle is parking — Chestnut, Lombard, and Union are dense meter and permit zones — so we time the pickup, stage the truck smart, and keep the whole thing at one flat photo-quoted price. We do single pieces, garage cleanouts, and whole-flat clears, donating what's usable.
