The Marina is 1920s–30s Mediterranean stucco flats built over ground-floor garages on the old Exposition landfill — young, affluent, and (for once in SF) relatively flat. That ground-floor tuck-under garage is a gift: a lot of pickups here are a quick street-level load with no stairs to fight. The real obstacle is parking — Chestnut, Lombard, and Union are dense meter and permit zones — so we time the pickup, stage the truck smart, and keep the whole thing at one flat photo-quoted price. We do single pieces, garage cleanouts, and whole-flat clears, donating what's usable.
