Hayes Valley transformed after the quake-damaged Central Freeway came down and Octavia Boulevard and Patricia's Green took its place. Today it's new condos and a tight, fashionable retail strip along Hayes Street. So our work splits two ways: residential condo turnover — furniture in and out of the new buildings — and retail fixture clear-outs when a boutique closes or remodels (shelving, display cases, counters, racks). Both get one flat photo-quoted price, and we schedule around the notoriously tight loading on the Octavia corridor. Anything usable goes to donation.
