A single bag is $35 and a contractor bag is $41. Ten bags together are $132, fifteen are $196, twenty are $259. A small loose pile is $82 for a cubic yard, a medium is $129 for two, a large is $208 for four. Construction debris is $120 a cubic yard and yard waste is $88.
A packed storage room prices as a room

The $95 minimum, and how to make it work hardest
$95 is the smallest booking we write in San Francisco. That is the floor for one microwave and it is also the floor for one microwave plus the bookshelf, the old office chair and three bags from the hall cupboard. If you are already sending a truck, load it. Every extra piece you add under the floor rides along for nothing.
One visit costs less than two
The minimum applies per booking. Clearing the bedroom now and the garage next month means paying the floor twice. Doing both on the same visit means paying it once, and it takes the crew about the same amount of time.
Condition never changes the price
Broken, stained, cracked, mouldy or twenty years out of style costs exactly what pristine costs. We price the space something takes on the truck, never its resale value, so there is nothing to apologise for and nothing to clean up before we arrive.
Same-day and next-day are the same price
Booking for this afternoon costs what booking for next Thursday costs. There is no rush fee, no premium slot and no weekend rate. Same-day and next-day slots in San Francisco are routine, not an emergency service with an emergency price.
