Upload a Photo & Get Quote →North Beach is one of the oldest, densest, and most charming corners of the city — the historic Italian quarter climbing the slopes of Telegraph Hill (think the Filbert and Greenwich step-streets). The housing is Edwardian and Italianate walk-ups with no garages, on narrow streets where parking barely exists. So a pickup here is a careful steep-step carry down to wherever we can legally stage the truck, and we fold it all into a flat photo-quoted price with no per-flight or hill surcharge. The neighborhood turns over (renters, nightlife workers), so we do single pieces, whole-flat clears, and downsizing jobs, donating what's usable.
Flat, photo-quoted. The stair-carry and disposal are already in the price.

"Cleared my uncle's old flat on the hill — decades of furniture. Careful on the steep stairs, fair flat price, donated what they could."
"One couch and a dresser down a tight historic stairwell. Same-day, exactly the quote. Easy."
