The lifting is ours, both ends
Down the stairs, along the passage, into the truck — and then it is gone. There is no second load-out at the far end, because the far end is not your problem. That is the entire difference between the two options, and it is already inside the price.
No driving, no parking, no return trip
You do not collect anything, you do not park anything on a hill, and you do not have to give a Saturday back to returning an empty vehicle. We turn up in the slot you booked and the job is over when we pull away.

That load is 6.3 cubic yards, so the smallest truck share that holds it is the half truck at $431. We quote both ways and you take the lower one.

A mattress and its box spring are counted as one set at $143 without anyone having to ask for it.
No stair, hill or neighbourhood surcharge
The staircase is usually the reason the question came up, so this is the important part: floor level, stairs, the walk from your door to where the truck stops, the hill, the neighbourhood and how soon you want us are every one set to zero in our pricing engine. Disposal is inside the number
No tip fee, no fuel line, no distance element, no charge for the truck’s own journey, and no environmental or recycling surcharge. Where the material ends up is settled by the figure you already agreed.
Condition never changes the price
Broken, stained, soaked or twenty years old costs the same as pristine, because we price the space it takes on the truck. Nothing needs cleaning, dismantling or photographing before we arrive.
Moving out? Book us for the part that is not coming with you
If you are clearing a flat before a handover, the discards can be gone before the day the place has to be empty — one flat price, one visit, and one less thing on the moving-day list.
