We do all the loading
Down from the third floor of a Mission walk-up, out of a Sunset garage, along a Noe Valley side passage. You point at what is going and the lifting is ours. That labour is the product, not an extra line.

Describe the load in plain English, get a flat figure, and that is what you pay. No hourly rate, no weight ticket, no reassessment on the day and no number produced at your door.
No hill, stair or neighbourhood surcharge
This is the one that matters most in this city. Floor level, stairs, the walk from your door to where the truck can stop, the hill, the neighbourhood and how soon you want us are every one set to zero in our pricing engine. A fourth-floor flat off Dolores is quoted exactly like a garage in the Outer Richmond.
Disposal is inside the number
No tip fee, no fuel line, no per-ton charge, no environmental or recycling surcharge. One figure covers the crew, the truck and where the material ends up.
Worked example: a kitchen and bathroom remodel
Eight cubic yards of construction debris — cabinets, countertop, tile, backer board — is $960 at our $120 per cubic yard debris rate, carried out and hauled. Yard and garden material has its own rate of $88 per cubic yard.
Worked example: a one-bedroom flat
Sofa, a queen mattress with its box spring, the bed frame, a chest of drawers, a desk and an office chair comes to $560 on live San Francisco prices — 5.7 cubic yards, so the six-yard three-eighths truck share at $338 also holds it. We quote both ways and you take the lower one.

Condition never changes the price
Broken, stained, soaked or decades old costs the same as pristine. We charge for the space a thing takes on the truck, not for what it might have been worth, so nothing needs cleaning or preparing first.

Slots across the city are usually available today or tomorrow, and booking one costs exactly what booking a month out costs — there is no same-day surcharge anywhere in our pricing.
