Departures run to a schedule: the movers in the morning, us after, the walkthrough at four. Tell us which slot has to work and we build the booking around it. Same-day and next-day are both available in San Francisco, and neither costs a penny more than booking a fortnight ahead.

Nothing extra for stairs, hills or distance
This is the clause that matters most on a San Francisco move-out. Floor level, stairs, walk-up buildings, how far the truck has to park down the block, which hill you are on and which neighbourhood you live in are all set to zero in our pricing. A fourth-floor Nob Hill flat with no lift is priced identically to a ground-floor garage in the Sunset. No stair charge, ever.
The price is agreed before we set off
You get a flat figure in writing from your description, before anyone leaves the depot. Nobody arrives on the day of your flight, looks at the pile and revises the number. On a move-out day, a fixed number is worth as much as the truck.

Sofas, beds, mattresses and box springs, wardrobes, dressers, desks, dining sets, bookshelves, rugs, televisions and computers, fridges, washers, dryers, ranges and dishwashers, exercise gear, patio furniture, and every bag of the odds and ends that never got packed. If it is in the flat and it is not travelling with you, it goes.

Disposal is inside the number
No tip fee, no fuel line, no environmental charge, no recycling surcharge. The flat price covers the crew, the loading, the carrying down however many flights, the truck, the disposal and the sweep-up afterwards. There is nothing further to settle on the day.
Condition does not matter, which suits a move-out
The IKEA desk that came apart wrong, the mattress the cat ruined, the sofa nobody would take — all priced the same as pristine, because we charge for the space it takes on the truck. Nothing needs cleaning, dismantling or explaining first.
Leaving in a hurry costs nothing extra
Job relocations, lease-end scrambles, flights on Sunday. Same-day and next-day slots price identically to any other day — no rush fee, no weekend rate, no premium for booking at short notice. Tell us the deadline and we work back from it.
Roommates and split flats
One booking, one flat price, whatever the pile is made of. Split it between you however you like afterwards. It is cheaper than each person booking separately, because the minimum applies per booking rather than per person.
Get the figure before you finish packing
Type what is likely to be left in plain English — "queen bed, dresser, sofa, dining table, about fifteen bags" — and a flat price comes back in about a minute. Book it now for a date weeks away and lock the number in while you get on with everything else.
If the pile grows before the day
It usually does. Message us with what has been added and we will re-price it before the crew sets off, so the figure is still fixed and still agreed when they arrive.
The cupboard you have not opened yet
Everyone finds one. Count it in when you describe the job, along with the balcony, the storage cage in the basement and whatever is under the bed. Describing generously up front is what keeps the quote and the final bill identical.
