Loose piles: the bigger the pile, the better the rate
Not everything goes into bags. For a heap of mixed material, we price by the pile, and the rate per cubic yard improves as the pile gets bigger.

Four cubic yards of loose material comes to $208 — a rate that works out at well under two-thirds of the small-pile price per yard. Clearing it all in one go is the better deal.
Named items, priced to the dollar
When the things going out have names, we quote them individually and you can check every line. A sofa is $126. A chest of drawers is $79. A large television is $73, an armchair $77, a bookshelf $72, a large area rug $68. A queen mattress and its base come as a set at $143, which is less than pricing them separately.
Whole rooms and whole homes
For a full clearance we quote a share of the truck, and the ladder is published in full: $241 for four cubic yards, $338 for six, $431 for eight, $513 for ten, $587 for twelve, $661 for fourteen, and $732 for a full sixteen-yard load. Storage units, priced by the door
Clearing a unit is its own rate card, sized by the room rather than the contents — eight sizes from a 5×5 at $205 up to a 10×30 at $1,593. You do not need to know what is inside; the size is enough to get a firm number. Our storage cleanout page has the full list.
No surcharges, and we mean none
This is the part San Francisco customers appreciate most. Your floor level costs nothing extra. A fourth-floor walk-up is priced the same as a ground-floor flat. The hill costs nothing. The distance from your door to where we park costs nothing. Your neighbourhood costs nothing, and booking for today rather than next fortnight costs nothing. What is included in the price
All of it: the carry out, the loading, and the disposal at the other end. There is no separate fuel line, no tip fee, and nothing that appears later on the invoice. You approve a figure, and that is the figure.
Our minimum is $95
That is the smallest complete booking in San Francisco, and it covers the visit rather than a single object. If you have one small thing, it is worth adding whatever else has been waiting to go — the extras price on their own small volume from there.
